How do I cancel?
Any time from your Account page, in two taps. You keep Quest Pass until the end of the period you paid for.
Will I be charged during the free week?
No. Your first payment is on day 8, and we show the exact date before you start. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The free week is once per player.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep your XP, badges, titles and streaks, and you can keep playing the Daily Spark, check-ins and local quests for free.
Is my card safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
